Thank you for choosing One Hot Laser! Every piece we create is handcrafted with care, and we want to make sure it arrives safely and on time. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we ship your order.

Processing Time

Because each item is made by hand, please allow 3–5 business days for us to carefully prepare and package your order before it ships. During busy seasons or for large custom orders, we'll reach out if additional time is needed.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Timeframes

We ship exclusively via UPS within the contiguous United States. At checkout, you'll see real-time UPS rates based on your order's weight, dimensions, and destination. The following services are available:

Transit times begin once your order has shipped, not when it is placed. Delivery dates are estimates provided by UPS and are not guaranteed.

How Shipping Costs Are Calculated

Shipping rates are calculated in real time by UPS at checkout based on:

The weight and dimensions of your order
Your delivery address
Your selected shipping method

You'll see the exact cost before you complete your purchase — no surprises.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your UPS tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the UPS website or through the UPS mobile app.

Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, we ship within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping. We hope to expand in the future — stay tuned!

Packaging & Care

Your handcrafted piece is packaged with the same attention to detail that goes into making it. We use protective materials to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us right away — we'll make it right.
